Comments: A caption reads, "This story begins prior to the events in Legionnaires #57." This is due to the fact that Kinetix is off inspecting the space anomaly when this story occurred. This presents a continuity error, Dr. Ryk'rr doesn't become the Legion's councelor until the end of Legionnaires #58, yet she's one full time here! The keyword in the caption is "begins", meaning the first two pages of the story (featuring Apparition, Ultra Boy, Kinetix, Winema & Dr. Gym'll [the latter 2 behind the scenes only in those pages]) must take place before Legionnaires #57, while the rest of the tale (featuring Apparition, Ultra Boy, Winema, Dr. Ryk'rr, and Luonel) should be after Legionnaires #58.
This story displays an extensive flashback detailing the events leading to Tinya Wazzo's birth (to mother Winema and father Luonel), her birth as Carggite triplets, how she was split from her other two halves, how those two were given to the Luck Lords by their father, how one of her halves vanished, and the other was thrust back in time after a skirmish between the Luck Lords and the Lippikas, finally becoming Phase from L.E.G.I.O.N.
