Synopsis:
Live Wire fears that his powers are out of control and it may only be a matter of time before they erupt with lethal consequences. The United Planets wants him out of the Legion, but Cosmic Boy and Saturn Girl have other ideas. Until they realize that he is wanted, that is. Then Ultra Boy of the Workforce pays a visit.
