Synopsis:

Atom Smasher wants to be allowed to rejoin the Justice Society, who are divided about whether this is a wise thing for them to allow. Meanwhile, the Spectre Force, guided by Eclipso, moves against Crimson Avenger, warning her not to use her guns, before heading to Kahndaq to deal with Black Adam. Shazam summons Captain Marvel to the Rock of Eternity, warning him about Eclipso and Spectre's plans. So it is that Black Adam summons Atom Smasher, while Captain Marvel summons Hawkman and the JSA to confront the Spectre in Kahndaq.
