Synopsis:

Members of the modern day Justice Society are in 1951, attempting to contact the then-current, but retired, Society members and persuade them to reform, as otherwise Per Degaton will cause devastation to the timestream. They each have differing degrees of success, with some of them unable or unwilling to approach the earlier heroes - Mister Terrific, for instance, finds it hard to contact the former bearer of the name due to the segregation of whites and blacks. In an even worse position is Stargirl, who attempts to talk to a traumatised Ted Knight (Starman) and finds herself in a straitjacket in the asylum where Knight is recovering from his trauma.
