Synopsis:

Wildcat, with Power Girl at his side, faces the Crimson Avenger, who has come to avenge the death of Charlie Durham, whom Wildcat sent to the chair for a crime he didn't commit. She takes three of Wildcat's lives (which he apparently got in a confrontation with the sorcerous King Inferno and the hero Zatara) before he can tell her the truth about Durham's death. Wildcat isn't proud of it, but he framed the man because he would otherwise have got away with several other murders. When Crimson Avenger hears this, and realises that the visions she gets of souls needing justice may not be accurate, she turns the guns on herself, but is simply given another death to avenge. Elsewhere, Black Adam destroys the Council and recruits Nemesis to his side.
