Synopsis:

Across the globe, the JSA and their reserves battle against the troubles caused by Eclipso, Mordru, Obsidian and Kobra. Alex Montez believes he can get the upper hand over Eclipso, so he and Hourman work on a plan involving Wildcat and a hard-light shell created by the Ray. Doctor Fate contacts Dove from within his amulet, and with Doctor Occult's help, she, Power Girl and Hawkgirl head to Gemworld to rescue Arion, where they will be met by Flaw and Child. And in the Shadowlands, Billy and Star think they can save Sentinel if they can get him to his daughter, Jade. The Shade helps them to do this. With the help of Phantom Lady, Wildcat and the Ray, Alex Montex gains possession of Eclipso's diamond and, protected by tribal tattoos, is able to wrest Eclipso's power for his own.
