Story continued from the previous issue and continues in the next issue.
Comment:
The membership of Justice League America shown in this issue and the next is problematic. The presence of Agent Liberty
and Wonder Woman strongly suggests that is is after Superman's death, but if so, Fire and Booster Gold would be unable to
use their powers/technology. However, that doesn't prevent them from taking part in the mission, of course.
Synopsis:
Duke Donald is horrified to find that he hs no body and the world has changed radically, but manages to summon the JLA
nonetheless. Meanwhile, Power Girl charges into Russia, and although she is rescued by an amnesiac Green Lantern, her actions
are enough for Sonar to be able to complain of invasion. In Modora, Elongated Man recovers from his injuries, discovers
Sonar's plan and heads to Moscow. Here, he is horrified to see Aquaman arrested and the other League members and their allies
being brainwashed. Even worse, Sue Dibny declares that she now loves Sonar. Meanwhile, the American branch of the Justice
League, accompanied by Flash and Chandi Gupta, head East. And Crimson Fox discovers that Sonar has gathered a small army of
super-heroes who object to the League's actions in supposedly invading Russia.
