Synopsis:

The JLA encounter a synthetic life-form which was created to hold memories and memorialise them, but instead took the memories and began destorying worlds by taking crucial memories from its people, such as how to control weapons and nuclear facilities. It begins doing the same to the League, so that the Atom can no longer enlarge himself, Flash can't stop, Batman can't talk and Wonder Woman forgets who Superman is. However, due to some quick thinking on the part of Superman and the Atom, the memories are retrieved and Mnemon disabled.
