Synopsis:
The Justice League have been disbanded, but when the Royal Flush Gang takes over the Funny Stuff Park in Florida and captures Elongated Man and Superman, Earth's mightiest heroes band together once again to stop this menace. After the fight is won they deside that the world still needs the Justice League and a new American and a new European based League is born, lead by Superman and Green Lantern respectively.
