Synopsis:

Two wanted criminals from elsewhere in he galaxy crashland on American soil while feeling the Kerrilians, and the Justice League are sent to investigate. Booster Gold returns to he field in armour designed by Blue Beetle; he, Wonder Woman, Maxima, Gardner and the Ray find the two men and offer them temporary asylum from their pursuers. However, government agent and former Justice Leaguer Captain Atom arrives on the scene and insists that the two should be handed over - in fact, the government has already agreed this with the Kerrilians. Elsewhere, Tora's frail father plans to make her his successor.
