Synopsis:

Impulse's friends try to get him to give up the power of Bedlam as Max Mercury and Phantom Stranger try to get things back to how they should be. Bedlam's power begins to take Bart over, and this scares him, ultimately convincing him to give it up and let it be contained by the Phantom Stranger. However, before he does so, he makes sure he secures one very important piece of information, and once things have reverted to normal, he sends a scout off on a very important mission.
