Comment: Continued from the previous issue. The last page, where Brother I releases the footage of Wonder Woman killing Max Lord, takes place some time after the rest of the issue.

Synopsis:

Brother I has activated all the OMAC Units, which kill heroes and villains indiscriminately. Sasha Bordeaux contacts all former Checkmate agents and associates who were frozen out when Lord took over, and they are able to come up with a way to neutralise the OMAC threat. At the same time, Batman uncovers the real reason for the raid on Kord's warehouse, a mass EMP generator which is a threat to the OMACs. Many heroes gather in Libya as a target for the OMACs, which descend there in force, meaning that many of them can be taken out with the generator without killing their human hosts. Two hundred thousand OMACs remain, but for now their threat has been greatly reduced. Sasha Bordeaux is determined to rebuild Checkmate, and soem time later, Brother I releases images of Wonder Woman killing Max Lord across the global, to the horror of many.
