Synopsis:

Green Arrow and Green Lantern are at logger-heads, and almost come to blows before Connor Hawke intervenes. Green Lantern is persuaded to leave Star City, and Connor persuades his father that he really ought to take a vacation. Before long, Green Lantern is pursuing leads, and discovers that the alien criminals are using substances such as bleach and chlorine, supplied by Earth gangsters, as narcotics. And Green Arrow, on a camping trip, sees a space vessel crash-land, occupied by someone he had assumed long dead: Abin Sur.
