Synopsis:

Normally sensible New Yorkers (if there is such a thing...) begin to act very oddly - robbing banks in broad daylight, swearing incredibly and stripping off because they feel ridiculously hot. Kyle Rayner encounters this problem first as Green Lantern and then in his normal life at the Feast Magazine offices. By this point, there is a riot on the streets of New York. Once he has helped contain this, GL runs into a big green monster, which keeps splitting into smaller monsters while others also appear. He follows them to their source and discovers a very scared Jade.
