Later that day, they meet John and Merayn, and are delighted to see that John is able to walk again. The four of them go dancing, and after a throroughlly exhausting night on the town, Kyle and Jade have another heart-to-heart. After a moment where Jade worries that Kyle was responsible for John's improvement (he wasn't), she agrees to let Kyle return her powers to her and she is able to fly under her own steam for the first time in years.
