Synopsis:

An obsessed Hal Jordan fights his final battle with the reinstated Sinestro. But events take a shocking turn when Hal kills Sinestro. Entering Oa's giant power battery, the man who had been the greatest of the Green Lanterns sheds the trappings of his old life as he becomes something more, and thereby destroys the entire Green Lantern Corps. Now, the fading Guardians have time to take only one last gamble - using the last of their power to find a new ring bearer.
