Synopsis:

Mourning the destruction of Coast City, Hal Jordan uses his power ring to resurrect his home town and its inhabitants including his parents and his childhood girlfreind Jennifer. However, suddenly it all fades away as the power ring's time limit expires, and Hal find himself face to face with a Guardian who wants his to surrender his ring as he has violated their most sacred canon by using the ring for personal gain.
