Synopsis:

In Chicago, Green Arrow and Black Lightning learn that Doctor Light is stalking Green Arrow's family. In Star City, Mia 'Speedy' Dearden is having a normal day at school when rays of destructive light suddenly pour from a television, killing students at random. She sets an escape in motion then confronts Doctor Light, but he says he's not there to fight her, but to pay a visit to her 'brother' Connor. She leaps on a motorbike and rushes home to warn him, only to find that Doctor Light followed her, as he had no idea where Connor Hawke would be. The two junior arrow-wielders face off against Doctor Light...
