Synopsis:

Black Lightning and Green Arrow begin their search for Doctor Light, amid some tension due to Black Lightning's knowledge of the League mindwiping Light (knowledge acquired when he was working for the government). They get a lead in Chicago, where Doctor Light attacks Kimiyo Hoshi, soon-to-be president of Kord Tech following Ted Kord's murder, and formerly the super-heroic Doctor Light. The villain sucks her dry of her power, and leaves her to be found. When Green Arrow and Black Lightning arrive at her bedside, she tells them to run, as she's the bait in a trap. But it's too late, as Mirror Master and Killer Frost arrive on the scene.
