Synopsis:

It has been two weeks since Green Arrow's home was blown up, and he is deeply worried about it. Speedy thinks she is being tailed at school, but when she confronts the person, it turns out to be Zatanna in disguise, keeping a close eye on her. Green Arrow, meanwhile, believes that Doctor Light is responsible for the explosion, and asks for Black Lightning's help tracking him down.
