Synopsis:

An explosion in Star City is believed to be the work of Anarky, but the young radical seeks Green Arrow out an asks for his elp to clear his name of this crime. They discover the explosion was the accidental work of a group of thieves, who set Anarky up for a fall once the blast occured. The two of them track the thieves down and bring them to justice. As Anarky leaves, Green Arrow wonders whether his political zeal his diminished - it certainly doesn't burn as brightly as the younger man's.
