Comment: Story continued from previous issue

Synopsis:

Green Arrow, Speedy and the Outsidersmust find Arsenal, who has been kidnapped by the Riddler. Batman helps them track the signal from a transmitter in Arsenal's costume, and they head to the Riddler's complex, where they face an army of mercenaries as well as the Riddler and Constantine Drakon, who is captured by Shift. The older of the two Green Arrows is injured badly in the melee and it takes some time before he and Arsenal can be found and attended to - the Riddler also disappears. When they return home, 'Team Green' see their home blown up. Brick consults with the man who has arranged all of this - the mercenary Deathstroke, who is very much looking forward to his rematch with Green Arrow.
