Synopsis:

Green Lantern, the Green Arrows, Black Canary and Amon Sur find themselves helping the Star City police force, who are caught in the crossfire between the mob and the alien criminals. Things really escalate when the Black Circle arrive in force and Amon Sur is either abducted or, as Black Canary suggests, picked up. Green Lantern and Green Arrow pursue, soon finding themselves trapped by Amon Sur, who claims Green Lantern's ring for his own.
