Synopsis:

Green Arrow pays a visit to the JLA Watchtower on the moon, where he pulls a fast one on Green Lantern (who he seems to like) in order to retrieve his trick arrows. He tells Arsenal that he wasn't particularly interested in any of them except the one and only diamond-tipped arrow he used when he joined the League. Arsenal notes that the diamond is about the size of one you'd use in an engagement ring... The two of them then visit the Flash Museum, where Green Arrow keeps the Flash distracted while Arsenal retrieves what looks like Barry Allen's old ring, which contains a miniaturised Green Arrow costume.
