Synopsis:

Green Arrow (Ollie) and Onomatopeia face each other in the operating room while Green Arrow (Connor)'s life hangs in the balance. As the doctors work at saving Connor, Ollie keeps an arrow fatally aimed at his opponent - if Connor dies, so will Onomatopeia. However, once the patient is stable, chaos reigns once again with arrows and bullets flying all over the hospital roof until Onomatopeia deliberately lets himself fall - though he must have survived, for as Ollie tells Connor, there was no body.
