Comment: Bannered as an "Infinite Crisis Crossover". A note on page 2 states that this story takes place before Outsiders Vol. 3 #31, but chronologically it makes more sense for Outsiders Vol. 3 #31-32 to take place before this issue as Captain Marvel isn't present in this issue and Outsiders Vol. 1 #31 seems to be earlier on the way to the center of the universe than this issue.
