Synopsis:
The Flash is reeling from the revelations about the past of the Justice League, and specifically that Barry Allen cast the deciding vote in the decision to essentially lobotomise Doctor Light. He assists the Teen Titans and Outsiders in their hunt for Warp, and asks Nightwing for help in tracking down Linda. He then has another confrontation with the older Leaguers and visits Iris Allen, learning that there may be more to Barry Allen's secret than what he already knows. Meanwhile, Chyre and Morillo are ordered to continue their investigations into Wally West, and the Rogues worry about the effect that Sue Dibny's death could have on the heroes' attitude to them. Later, Wally West approaches Green Arrow about Barry Allen's secret, and the older hero gives him a letter written by the previous Flash.
