Synopsis:

Capain Cold takes Mirror Master to task for his drug-taking, and Captain Boomerang takes a loan from Heatwave in order to get to a disused satellite for a meeting of mercenaries. Meanwhile Chyre and Morillo interview Wally West about the brakes failure on Ashley Zolomon's patrol car, which he was the last person to fix. As their questioning moves on to the question of his wife's whereabouts, speed suddenly seems to be sucked out of them, and Wally suits up as the Flash and discovers the Turtle in town, out to feed on his speed. He is able to defeat the Turtle through intelligence rather than speed and races back to the interview room before the detectives even know he's gone. They let him go and he discovers that he did indeed make a mistake while fixing Zolomon's car. Elsewhere, Ashley Zolomon has flowers left for her at the hospital by her supposedly-catatonic husband Zoom, and the media begin to report the news that Sue Dibny has been murdered.
