Synopsis:

A new member of staff begins work at Iron Heights just as he Top makes his escape. Meanwhile, Flash faces a number of his enemies, but is given assistance by his fellow speedsters, who reveal that they never forgot his identity, as the Spectre told them and Iris Allen of his plan in advance. The three of them explore the new Flash Museum until Flash is teleported up to the JLA Watchtower where League members past and present have gathered, demanding to know who he is beneath the mask.
