Synopsis:

Wally West embraces his life as the Flash once more, but is hit with sadness once more as he discovers that Linda has left him, hopefully only temporarily, in order to work out her feelings following recent events. He tells Hal Jordan, the Spectre, how angry he is about everything, but Hal seems to have little sympathy. Meanwhile, a parade is being held in Flash's honour, and the parade is inevitably interrupted by a number of the newer Rogues, as well as Abra Kadabra.
