Synopsis:

The rogues are on the loose after Grodd's attack on the Iron Heights Penitentiary, and the first to strike is the Top, who attacks Keystone's mayor. He has developed the ability to disorient people by disrupting the way they interpret visual stimuli, but Flash is able to defeat him by following Hunter Zolomon's simple advice: close your eyes. Later, Wally and Linda learn that Linda is carrying twins, and Peekaboo comes to visit her hospitalised father.
