Synopsis:

Captain Cold is out for revenge on Chillblaine, the man who killed his sister. He doesn't care that Chillblaine's employer has a deal with Blacksmith that the Rogues will leave him alone - Cold is out for blood. He remembers the hell of his childhood and how that made him the man he is.

Alone with Chillblaine, Cold is able to freeze his adversary's skin so that he cannot move but can feel, and throws him to his death from the roof of the Candyman's building. Later, he feels he ought to be celebrating, but finds his sense of victory hollow, realising that his heart isn't always as cold as he'd like to make out.
