Synopsis:

Hunter Zolomon informs Flash that Neil Borman, Fallout, is moving through Keystone City and is deadly to those he passes. Linda, meanwhile, is surprised to find Iris Allen and baby Josh at her door. Fallout makes his way through the snow to Keystone's cemetery to pay homage to his wife and son, killed as a result of the accident that transformed him into a radioactive man. Here, Fred Chyre suggests that Flash use some boron rods to absorb Fallout's power and make him safe to approach. Flash then arranges for a more humane method of containment for Fallout at Iron Heights and arrives home to see Aunt Iris himself.

Joan Garrick was affected by Fallout's radiation, so that puts her and the first Flash out of the picture for the Rogues, who soon take out another of his allies. Plunder shoots Morillo, and proceeds to take over the detective's life - after all, he is Morillo himself, from a mirror dimension...
