Synopsis:

Having told Detective Morillo of the inhuman way that Fallout was treated at Iron Heights, Flash discovers that he has conveniently disappeared. Later, he and Cyborg chase after a young girl named Peek-a-Boo, who has stolen a kidney prepared for transplant. Whenever someone touches her, she can teleport a short distance away and she is therefore rather difficult to capture until hit by a combination of white sound from Cyborg and being teleported many times a second by her contact with Flash. After she is captured, it is discovered that she had stolen the kidney for her father, also desperately in need of a transplant.

Later, Fallout breaks out of containment in a van where he was being kept hidden; and Chyre is shocked to discover that Josh Jackam, who he was hoping to look after, already has a legal guardian - none other than Iris Allen.
