Synopsis:
The Weather Wizard tries to get Linda West to hand over his infant son, but is prevented first by Detective Morillo and then by the Flash, once the hero has managed to extricate himself from a whirlwind cunjored up by the villain. The weather Wizard has grown far more competent at using his weather wand, and wants to have the power without the wand, which his son appears to have innately. He reveals that he was able to have a one-night stand with Julie, Josh's mother, because she was so broken up about Wally, the Flash.
The Flash is able to use his powers to explode the wand, and then can easily knockout the Weather Wizard, also seeing Mirror Master in an electronics shop window. The future of Josh Jackam is still undecided. And the Weather Wizard is to be transferred to Iron Heights.
