Synopsis:

Catwoman and the other thieves make their assault on the aeroplane carrying millions of dollars. However, they are betrayed by Giz, who re-directs the plane to Penguin's waiting henchmen - the Penguin had him in a corner and forced Giz to work for him. Penguin gets the cash and the others escape with their lives and their advance payment, nothing more.
