Synopsis:

Catwoman has come to Santa Prisca and is disgusted at what she finds - a country with immense wealth, mostly from drugs, where children nevertheless die regularly from scurvy. She uses people from both high and low society to track down her would-be assassin, Guillermo, and comes upon him as he attempts another kill. Distracted by Catwoman, Guillermo is himself stabbed in the back by his intended target, whose guards, when they arrive, assume Catwoman is the malefactor. He soon informs them otherwise, letting them know that she is officially under his protection as El Jefe Del País.
