Synopsis:

Black Spider and Hellhound torture Savant on Calculator's behalf, demanding to know who and where Oracle is, trying to persuade him that switching sides was a mistake. The Birds of Prey go on a shopping spree together before kicking their plan to bring down the Gotham mobs into high gear. Black Canary and Green Arrow intimidate the Star City Mob to prevent them becoming a rival to those in Gotham, and also talk through some of their own problems. Meanwhile, Huntress manages to be proclaimed capo of the Gotham mob at last.
