Synopsis:

Black Canary travels to Singapore, accompanied by Wildcat, where they pose as Mr Tate and Miss Crenshaw, Americans who wish to buy all of drug baron Mr Tan's shipments to the USA, flooding the market and eliminating all competition. Mr Tan, who has legendary assassins the Silk Brothers in his employ, is distrustful of them, but after the pair are attacked by some of Tan's enemies, they get a response. The answer is yes, as long as they prove themselves by killing Detective Lim of the Singapore police

Meanwhile, in Gotham City, a mafia meeting is interrupted by Helena Bertinelli, who demands to take up her birthright as their capo.
