Synopsis:

The Birds are in Dayton, Ohio, where six drug dealers have been found dead in the last two months, killed very violently. They find a teenage girl - Black Alice - with incredible mystical powers whose mother died of a drug overdose some months ago. They confront her, but it is not until a friend from school says 'sorry' for being jealous of her and for seeing her boyfriend that she backs down. Oracle calls in Doctor Fate to help the girl. She will have to answer for the deaths she's caused, but she's not a bad person.
