Synopsis:

Black Canary fights Danko Twag in Oracle's clocktower, but he escapes through teleportation. Shortly therafter, he arrives back, with brother Tom in tow and the 'Birds of Prey' must fight both to keep everyone safe from Danko Twag and to ensure that Tom does not learn their secrets. In the process, it becomes clear that Danko has been using a dangerous form of teleportation far too frequently and he collapses, possibly dead, in front of his brother and Barbara. Understandably, Tom leaves Gotham City after this, but it does at least prompt Barbara to arrange another date with Dick Grayson.
