Synopsis:

Dinah and Barbara take a well-earned vacation, and meet a charming man named Tom there. Dinah thinks she's falling for him, but when they kiss, she realises that this isn't the right thing - Oliver Queen is still her man. On their return to Gotham, she meets Tom again, and they go out for drinks, where Tom falls for Barbara, particularly after she helps him fight off a street thug.
