Synopsis:

Armed forces storm in to attack Madison, who is rescued by Barbara Gordon (who, thanks to Madison has temporarily regained use of her legs) and whisked off on a plane. Black Canary, meanwhile, is kidnapped and although she manages to break free, it is while the armoured van she is in is plunging from a bridge. Later, Senator Fitzgerald calls Barbara with bad news: Senator Bouchet, the other woman healed by Madison is dead.
