Synopsis:

Oracle attends a meeting where De Atticus Blackaver, head of Lexcorp's atomic medicine division, claims to have found a woman with total control of her own 'chaotic code' - the thing which causes disease, decay and imperfection. This woman, Madison, heals a senator and then heals Oracle herself, begging her for help. Black Canary, meanwhile, finds herself surrounded by gun-toting men who don't look very friendly.
