Synopsis:

Black Canary, Deathstroke, Eddie Fyers, Green Arrow and a female mercenary called Camorogue all head for the secret island which may hold the secret to a miracle cure to end all miracle cures. Black Canary soon runs into a dinosaur and Deathstroke, neither of which she was expecting. And Eddie Fyers is kidnapped by som Japanese soldiers who throw him into a cell with two men calling themselves Gunner and Sarge, who ask him whether Roosevelt is still president.
