Synopsis:

Oracle gets Black Canary to rob a bank - specifically Vesper Fiarchild's safe desposit box at the Gotham Federal Bank. Meanwhile, 'Charles', the techno-bug controlled by Mr Quam, knocks out Ted Kord and impersonates his voice in order to sell off Kord's assets. At the bank Canary discovers some computer discs, and must then evade security to bring them to Oracle. After a strange phone call to Ted, Oracle gets worried and calls in Power Girl, who rescues Ted, taking him to the hospital. And Oracle discovers from the discs that Vesper never knew Bruce was Batman - whoever killed her obviously wanted to expose Batman as part of his/her frame. Oracle charges Nightwing with discovering the physical evidence to back this up.
