Synopsis:

En route to a vacation, Dinah finds herself caught in the crossfire of the hostilities in Transbelvia. Taking refuge with the local residents in the subway, she begins to learn a little of the harsh reality of the situation, where neighbours and friends will fight each other over a centuries old rift between peoples.

Meanwhile, Jason Bard expresses a wish to see Barbara again, and Blockbuster, the crime lord of Bludhaven, is enraged by the amount of money Oracle has siphoned off from his supposedly impregnable bank accounts.
