Synopsis:

Escaping with Dr P and 'Guy', Black Canary is again cornered by the Iron Brigade, who are taken out by Gardner, who Canary discovers is actually Joe Gardner, Guy's evil alien clone. He ended up in Koroscova after being auctioned off to the highest bidder, and Dr P wanted him for a living tactical weapon.

The Koroscovan ambassador to the United States is most unahppy about the events in his home country, and informs the US president that the action has been interpreted as war. Oracle is also not best pleased with her contact at Humanity International (Sybille), who was herself given the name by a strange guy in a trenchcoat.

Gardner takes on the Koroscovan army, and members of the US marines also head for the hot spot, where Joe is trying it on with Canary. This officially means war....
