Synopsis:

Black Canary is under fire and on the run in Koroscova, and Oracle has to resort to somewhat extreme measures to help her out - hijacking a US military satellite. This doesn't endear her to the American military, but then, they can't trace her, so what does it matter?

Dinah is in the country to rescue a political prisoner, but things get bad when the Koroscovans 'notice' they are under attack from an American satellite, and her target, Dr P, refuses to leave without a fellow prisoner, who appears to be Guy Gardner...
