Synopsis:

Black Canary is taunted by Hellhound, but Jason Bard advises her to keep her cool as long as possible. Meanwhile, Oracle, assisted by Robin, searches for the camp where Canary is being held, paying the first installment of her 'ransom' money via Bludhaven crime-lord Blockbuster's bank accounts.

Black Canary raises Jason Bard, blinded by a muzzle flash, and leads him through the jungle to longed-for safety. Of course, they are pursued by the Hellhound and others of Pamerjanian's employees. They make it almost to the coast before having to confront Hellhound, whom Dinah is able to beat, and Oracle contacts the Rheelasian government which sends in the army to free Pamerjanian's other hostages.
